January 14, 2013: The UVic Centre for Youth and Society, with the CRD Traffic Safety Commission, has just opened submissions for the Dr. Roy Watson Traffic Safety Award. Submissions may consist of either a social media entry or an essay related to the theme of distracted driving. Winning submissions will be awarded two scholarships totaling $2,500.00.
